TOURNAMENT GUIDE

Stacks Pickleball is proud to host the official MiLP Louisiana State Championship, a four-day, high-stakes competition featuring team-based divisions, national caliber formats, and over $4,000 in cash prizes. Whether you’re chasing the podium in our competitive DUPR brackets or battling under center-court lights with your squad, get ready for an unparalleled tournament experience.

Event Details

  • Dates: Thursday, October 8 – Sunday, October 11, 2026

  • Location: Stacks Pickleball — 9550 Dawnadele Ave, Suite B, Baton Rouge, LA 70809

  • Prize Pool: $4,000+ Cash Purse (Select divisions) & Dream Ticket to Nationals (All 1st Place Teams)

Match Formats

  • Traditional MiLP (4v4): Teams of 2 men & 2 women. Max 12 teams per division.

  • 3v3 Format: Same-gender, 3-player teams.

  • Guaranteed Play: Minimum 3 matches per team (6 games per player).

  • Sanctioning: Officially sanctioned MiLP events follow national tournament guidelines.

Division Rules: Aggregate team DUPR ratings cannot exceed division limits. To maintain tournament schedule integrity, players are limited to one division entry per day. Divisions cap at 12 teams (waitlist available).

Registration Fees & Promo Codes

Base event entry: $140/player for 4v4 | $95/player for 3v3

  • Early Bird (Aug 10 – Aug 24): $45 OFF per player with code EARLYSC26

    - Includes a complimentary, limited-edition tournament shirt! (Limit 1 per player).

  • Standard Registration (Aug 25 – Sept 9): $20 OFF per player with code REGSC26

  • Late Registration (Sept 10 – Sept 24): Standard pricing, no discount codes available.

 

Playing multiple events? If you are registering for both 3v3 and 4v4 divisions, complete separate transactions for each division to apply your promo code to both entries!

Refund Policy

Cancellations made at least 15 days prior to the tournament start date will receive a full refund minus a $5 technology fee and 3% processing fee. No refunds will be issued after September 23, 2026 at 11:59 PM CST.

TOURNAMENT GUIDE

Team Capacity & Limits:

  • Minimum: A minimum of 4 teams is required per division for play and prize eligibility. Divisions that do not meet this threshold will be canceled and fully refunded.

  • Maximum: Divisions are initially capped at 12 teams. At the Tournament Director's discretion and based on schedule capacity, select divisions may expand to a 16-team maximum.

  • Odd Team Counts: If an odd number of teams creates schedule conflicts, the Tournament Director reserves the right to cap the division at the nearest even number. The last team to register will be removed and fully refunded.

Food & Refreshments: Outside food is permitted. Snacks and drinks are available in the Pro Shop, and a water refill station is on site.

Rules: All play follows Official MiLP Rules.

CASH POOL PRIZE BREAKDOWN

*CASH PRIZE INCREASE: After the four-team minimum has been met for a division, the cash prize will increase for that division. The increase will be based on the DUPR division. Example: DUPR 12 expands to 5 teams. With one team over the minimum four team requirement, the cash prize would increase by $30. The new prize total would be $530. Another Example: DUPR 20 has 8 additional team over the minimum four team division requirement. The total increase would be ($70 x 8 = $560 + $740) $1,300. Note: Each division has a maximum of 12 teams.

​PAYOUT: Cash team prize is paid out to each individual player in an even split payment.

​DISCLAIMER: In the event that a division does not meet the four-team requirement minimum, the division MAY be cancelled and players in that division will be refunded their original registration cost. If the event is for a Nationals qualifying, we reserve the right to prorate the prize money for three teams.​​
