FRONT DESK TEAM MEMBER
As a Front Desk Team Member, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, playing a crucial role in creating a positive and efficient experience. You will be responsible for managing inquiries, handling bookings, processing payments, and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk area. Responsibilities: -Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival. -Answer phone calls and respond to email inquiries in a timely and informative manner. -Manage court bookings and lesson schedules accurately. -Process membership applications, renewals, and payments. -Handle retail sales of merchandise and equipment. -Maintain a clean and organized front desk area. -Provide information about facility programs, events, and services. -Assist with member and guest inquiries and resolve issues efficiently. -Ensure adherence to facility policies and procedures. -Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless guest experience. Qualifications: -Excellent customer service and communication skills. -Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. -Proficiency in basic computer skills and point-of-sale systems. -Ability to work independently and as part of a team. -Positive attitude and a professional demeanor. -Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. -A passion for pickleball or an interest in learning more about the sport is a plus.

GRAPHIC DESIGN ASSISTANT TEAM MEMBER
As a Graphic Design Assistant, you will be a key voice in our facility’s visual identity, playing a crucial role in how our members and the community experience our brand. You will be responsible for creating high-impact visual content for our tournaments, programs, and social platforms, ensuring that all facility messaging is professional, engaging, and on-brand. Responsibilities: -Design digital assets for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) to drive engagement and registration. -Create physical marketing materials, including facility flyers, ambassador posters, and large-scale tournament banners. -Update on-site digital and physical signage, including pro shop menus, program schedules, and event info. -Draft and layout the weekly facility email to ensure a clean, professional aesthetic. -Develop "Hype" graphics for flagship tournaments like the Stallion Slam and upcoming Spring Leagues. -Collaborate with the social media content creator to ensure a cohesive visual story across all campaigns. -Maintain and organize an asset library of facility photos, logos, and design templates. -Ensure all designs adhere to facility brand guidelines and quality standards. -Assist with capturing "behind-the-scenes" visual content during events and facility peaks. -Collaborate with the management team to brainstorm creative ways to promote new programs and socials. Qualifications: -Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite/Illustrator/Photoshop). -Strong eye for typography, layout, and color theory. -Excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines (e.g., weekly email and registration cut-offs). -Ability to take creative direction and feedback while also contributing original ideas. -Positive attitude and a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment. -Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends for event-based content needs. -A passion for sports marketing or an interest in the pickleball industry is a plus.

SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT ASSISTANT TEAM MEMBER
As a Social Media Content Assistant, you will be the primary storyteller for our facility, playing a crucial role in building our online community and capturing the energy of our courts. You will be responsible for creating engaging short-form video, photography, and copy that highlights our tournaments, programs, and the unique culture of our facility. Responsibilities: -Plan, film, and edit high-quality short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Stories) to showcase daily facility life and special events. -Capture high-energy photography of tournaments, clinics, and social events for use across all digital platforms. -Draft engaging captions and manage community interaction (comments and messages) to foster member growth. -Collaborate with the Graphic Design Assistant to ensure a cohesive visual aesthetic across all posts. -Execute "Live" coverage during flagship events, such as the Stallion Slam and NYE celebrations. -Develop and maintain a social media content calendar to ensure consistent posting schedules. -Identify and lean into trending audio and formats relevant to the sports and pickleball community. -Monitor social media insights to track engagement and suggest improvements for future campaigns. -Highlight our Facility Ambassadors and "Member Spotlights" through creative storytelling. -Collaborate with management to promote new program registrations, pro shop arrivals, and hiring needs. Qualifications: -Proven experience creating engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. -Proficiency in mobile video editing apps (e.g., CapCut, InShot) and basic photography. -Strong written communication skills with the ability to write in a fun, professional, and brand-appropriate voice. -Highly organized with the ability to manage a content calendar and meet posting deadlines. -Outgoing personality with the ability to comfortably interact with members and athletes on camera. -Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and during major tournaments for live event coverage. -A passion for pickleball or a strong background in sports-related content creation is a plus.

PICKLEBALL ASSISTANT INSTRUCTOR
As an Assistant Instructor, you will support our lead instructors in delivering high-quality pickleball lessons and classes to players of all ages and skill levels. You will assist with on-court instruction, provide feedback, and help create a positive and effective learning environment. Responsibilities: -Assist lead instructors with the planning and execution of pickleball drills and classes. -Provide on-court instruction and guidance to students under the supervision of the lead instructor. -Demonstrate proper techniques and drills. -Offer constructive feedback and encouragement to students. -Help manage class sizes and ensure a safe learning environment. -Assist with setting up and organizing equipment for lessons. -Potentially lead small group sessions or drills as directed by the lead instructor. -Participate in instructor training and development opportunities. Qualifications: -Strong knowledge of pickleball rules, techniques, and strategies. -Previous experience assisting with coaching or instruction in any sport is preferred. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -Ability to explain concepts clearly and concisely. -Patience, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude. -Ability to work effectively as part of a team. -USAPA or PPR certification is a plus.
