FRONT DESK TEAM MEMBER
As a Front Desk Team Member, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, playing a crucial role in creating a positive and efficient experience. You will be responsible for managing inquiries, handling bookings, processing payments, and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk area. Responsibilities: -Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival. -Answer phone calls and respond to email inquiries in a timely and informative manner. -Manage court bookings and lesson schedules accurately. -Process membership applications, renewals, and payments. -Handle retail sales of merchandise and equipment. -Maintain a clean and organized front desk area. -Provide information about facility programs, events, and services. -Assist with member and guest inquiries and resolve issues efficiently. -Ensure adherence to facility policies and procedures. -Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless guest experience. Qualifications: -Excellent customer service and communication skills. -Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. -Proficiency in basic computer skills and point-of-sale systems. -Ability to work independently and as part of a team. -Positive attitude and a professional demeanor. -Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. -A passion for pickleball or an interest in learning more about the sport is a plus.

FACILITY MAINTENCE TEAM MEMBER
As a Facility Maintenance Team Member, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and cleanliness of our pickleball facility. This includes performing routine maintenance tasks, cleaning duties, and addressing any immediate facility needs to provide a positive environment for our members and guests. Responsibilities: -Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting courts, common areas, and restrooms. -Ensure that all areas of the facility are well-maintained and presentable. -Conduct minor repairs and maintenance tasks as needed (e.g., changing light bulbs, tightening fixtures). -Monitor and maintain the condition of pickleball courts and equipment. -Assist with setting up and breaking down equipment for events and programs. -Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any needs. -Follow safety procedures and report any safety hazards. -Assist with other facility-related tasks as directed. Qualifications: -Previous experience in cleaning or maintenance is preferred. -Attention to detail and a strong work ethic. -Ability to follow instructions and work independently. -Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and supplies. -Physical ability to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks. -Reliability and punctuality.

SOCIAL MEDIA TEAM MEMBER
As a Social Media Team Member, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engage with our audience, and promote our programs and events. Responsibilities: -Develop engaging content for various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok). -Create visually appealing graphics and videos related to pickleball, events, and facility updates. -Schedule and post content regularly to maintain an active online presence. -Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build community engagement. -Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities for growth. -Assist with the development and execution of social media campaigns. -Track and analyze social media performance metrics. -Collaborate with other team members on marketing and promotional initiatives. Qualifications: -Proven experience managing social media accounts for a business or organization. -Strong understanding of different social media platforms and their best practices. -Excellent written and visual communication skills. -Creativity and a keen eye for design. -Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. -Knowledge of social media analytics tools. -Passion for pickleball or an interest in learning more about the sport is a plus. -Familiarity with graphic design and video editing software is an advantage.

SUMMER CAMP COUNSELOR
As a Summer Camp Counselor, you will be responsible for leading and supervising groups of children and teenagers participating in our pickleball summer camps. You will facilitate engaging activities, provide basic instruction, ensure the safety and well-being of campers, and create a fun and positive learning environment. Responsibilities: -Supervise and ensure the safety of campers at all times. -Lead and organize pickleball drills, games, and activities appropriate for different age and skill levels. -Provide basic instruction and guidance on pickleball techniques and rules. -Encourage teamwork, sportsmanship, and positive social interaction among campers. -Assist with camp setup and cleanup. -Communicate effectively with campers, parents, and other staff members. -Administer basic first aid as needed (training provided). -Enforce camp rules and address behavioral issues appropriately. -Participate enthusiastically in all camp activities. Qualifications: -Experience working with children or teenagers in a recreational or educational setting. -Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. -Enthusiasm for sports and working with young people. -Ability to be energetic, patient, and responsible. -Basic knowledge of pickleball is preferred but not required. -CPR and First Aid certification is a plus (training may be provided). -Must be available to work for the duration of the summer camp sessions.

PICKLEBALL ASSISTANT INSTRUCTOR
As an Assistant Instructor, you will support our lead instructors in delivering high-quality pickleball lessons and clinics to players of all ages and skill levels. You will assist with on-court instruction, provide feedback, and help create a positive and effective learning environment. Responsibilities: -Assist lead instructors with the planning and execution of pickleball lessons and clinics. -Provide on-court instruction and guidance to students under the supervision of the lead instructor. -Demonstrate proper techniques and drills. -Offer constructive feedback and encouragement to students. -Help manage class sizes and ensure a safe learning environment. -Assist with setting up and organizing equipment for lessons. -Potentially lead small group sessions or drills as directed by the lead instructor. -Participate in instructor training and development opportunities. Qualifications: -Strong knowledge of pickleball rules, techniques, and strategies. -Previous experience assisting with coaching or instruction in any sport is preferred. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -Ability to explain concepts clearly and concisely. -Patience, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude. -Ability to work effectively as part of a team. -USAPA or PPR certification is a plus.

As an Operations Intern, you will gain valuable experience in the management and logistics of a sports and recreation facility, specifically by working closely with and overseeing the front desk operations. You will assist with various operational tasks to ensure a smooth and positive experience for our members and guests. Responsibilities: -Assist with court bookings and scheduling, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. -Work closely with and provide guidance to the Front Desk Team Members. -Help to train and onboard new Front Desk Team Members. -Monitor front desk procedures and ensure adherence to facility policies. -Assist in resolving member and guest inquiries and issues handled by the front desk. -Assist with the setup and breakdown of events and programs. -Help ensure adherence to facility policies and procedures. -Provide support to the management team as needed. -Assist with data entry and record-keeping related to front desk operations. -Work on special projects related to improving operational efficiency and the guest experience at the front desk.
