FRONT DESK TEAM MEMBER
As a Front Desk Team Member, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, playing a crucial role in creating a positive and efficient experience. You will be responsible for managing inquiries, handling bookings, processing payments, and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk area. Responsibilities: -Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival. -Answer phone calls and respond to email inquiries in a timely and informative manner. -Manage court bookings and lesson schedules accurately. -Process membership applications, renewals, and payments. -Handle retail sales of merchandise and equipment. -Maintain a clean and organized front desk area. -Provide information about facility programs, events, and services. -Assist with member and guest inquiries and resolve issues efficiently. -Ensure adherence to facility policies and procedures. -Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless guest experience. Qualifications: -Excellent customer service and communication skills. -Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. -Proficiency in basic computer skills and point-of-sale systems. -Ability to work independently and as part of a team. -Positive attitude and a professional demeanor. -Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. -A passion for pickleball or an interest in learning more about the sport is a plus.

PLAYROOM ATTENDANT
As a Playroom Attendant, you will ensure a safe, engaging, and supervised environment for children in our playroom. This role involves active supervision, leading activities, maintaining cleanliness, and communicating effectively with children and parents. Responsibilities: -Actively supervise children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. -Organize and lead age-appropriate games, crafts, and activities. -Maintain a clean, tidy, and organized playroom, sanitizing equipment regularly. -Greet children and parents, and communicate positively regarding activities and any concerns. -Enforce playroom rules and respond promptly to minor incidents or injuries. -Assist with sign-in/sign-out procedures and other administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications: -Minium of 1 Yr. + experience working with children in a group setting. -Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain). -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -Patience, energy, enthusiasm, and a genuine love for working with children. -Strong observational skills and attention to detail regarding child safety. -Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30+ pounds. -Ability to pass a background check.

Part-Time
PICKLEBALL ASSISTANT INSTRUCTOR
As an Assistant Instructor, you will support our lead instructors in delivering high-quality pickleball lessons and clinics to players of all ages and skill levels. You will assist with on-court instruction, provide feedback, and help create a positive and effective learning environment. Responsibilities: -Assist lead instructors with the planning and execution of pickleball lessons and clinics. -Provide on-court instruction and guidance to students under the supervision of the lead instructor. -Demonstrate proper techniques and drills. -Offer constructive feedback and encouragement to students. -Help manage class sizes and ensure a safe learning environment. -Assist with setting up and organizing equipment for lessons. -Potentially lead small group sessions or drills as directed by the lead instructor. -Participate in instructor training and development opportunities. Qualifications: -Strong knowledge of pickleball rules, techniques, and strategies. -Previous experience assisting with coaching or instruction in any sport is preferred. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -Ability to explain concepts clearly and concisely. -Patience, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude. -Ability to work effectively as part of a team. -USAPA or PPR certification is a plus.
