You will be responsible for managing inquiries, handling bookings, processing payments, and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk area.
Responsibilities:
-Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
-Answer phone calls and respond to email inquiries in a timely and informative manner.
-Manage court bookings and lesson schedules accurately.
-Process membership applications, renewals, and payments.
-Handle retail sales of merchandise and equipment.
-Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
-Provide information about facility programs, events, and services.
-Assist with member and guest inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
-Ensure adherence to facility policies and procedures.
-Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless guest experience.
