Welcome to Stacks Pickleball! Our indoor pickleball facility is committed to providing a safe, fun, and enjoyable experience for all participants, no matter the season or the time. To ensure a positive experience for everyone, please review and abide by the following policies and procedures.
2. Facility Rules and Regulations
Hours of Operation:
M-TH: 8 am - 9 pm
F: 8 am - 10 pm
Sat: 8 am - 11 am
Sun: 8 am - 11 am
Hours are subject to change.
Reservations are handled online via our scheduling portal. In the event you need to speak to customer service, you can call the facility during normal business hours.
Dress Code is limited to athletic clothes and closed toed shoes.
3. Safety Measures
First Aid supplies can be found throughout the facility.
4. Code of Conduct
Pickleball is a fun sport for people of all ages and backgrounds. But when players do not show respect for one another, it quickly becomes a drag.
At Stacks Pickleball, our participants are expected to use family-friendly language and to respect other players. This may look like shaking hands or tapping paddles between matches or waiting until a point is over to cross behind a court. We know it’s annoying to get wrecked by someone half your age (or double your age), so we get it when a favorite four letter comes flying out.
Still, we draw the line when a participant's behavior kills the fun. When that happens, we reserve the right to verbally warn players, members, and visitors. If those behaviors persist, we may ask you to leave and come back a different day after a good night’s sleep. If further offenses arise, Stacks Pickleball staff is authorized to revoke membership and future access to facilities.
If your access is terminated, please note that this will limit you from participating in any events hosted by Stacks Pickleball indefinitely.
5. Booking and Reservation Policies
All bookings are managed online, via our app or our online portal (phone lines are limited to customer service inquiries).
You can book courts up to an hour beforehand. And there are no fees for cancellations that occur more than 24 hours in advance.
Should you need to cancel a reservation outside of 24 hours, we will give you a free pass. Thereafter, any booking or reservation canceled within the 24 hour window will become Stacks credits. These fees may be waived at the discretion of Stacks Pickleball staff, so be nice to your staff, okay? 😎

9. Equipment Use and Rental
When using courts or property of Stacks Pickleball, any damages will be assessed by the staff. Should we find any evidence of negligence or purposeful destruction, we will contact you or your guest within 3 days of the event to discuss billing and fees.
Equipment can be rented on an hourly or daily basis.
10. Complaints and Feedback
Sometimes you may not have the best experience, and although we hate that, we know it happens. Complaints and feedback are welcomed. You can email our staff, leave a message on the website, or give us a call.
11. Closing Remarks
Not all exercises are suitable for everyone and this or any other exercise program may result in injury. Please consult your doctor before beginning this or any other exercise program, especially if you have any chronic or recurring condition, and/or if you are pregnant, nursing, or elderly.
In the event of a life threatening accident or an emergency, we will immediately call 911 and notify emergency personnel. The injured person(s) is solely responsible for all medical expenses.
