Event Details
Stacks Pickleball Fest will be held Friday, May 24th - Monday, May 27th.
SPONSOR INFORMATION:
We will have four tiers available for sponsors (including $2,000 sponsorship opporunity for the Kid's Division). The price for each tier is the following, Platium | $3,000, Gold | $1,200, Silver | $600, and Bronze | $300. Included below are the sponsorship benefits included at each tier.
- Social media shout-out (All Tiers)
- Swag bag advertisement (brochures, cards, coupons, etc.) (All Tiers)
- Company banner hung behind courts, no larger than 4x6 (All Tiers)
- Vendor booth for the weekend excluding Social Mixer (Platinum, Gold, Silver)
- Team tournament entry (Platium, Gold)
- Complimentary social mixer entry for 4 spots (Platinum, Gold)
- Sole sponsor on tournament banner (Platinum)
- Sole sponsor on kid's tournament shirt and swag bag plus Gold Tier perks (Kid's Division Sponsor ONLY)
Sponsorship application deadline is Friday, May 10th. Please send company logo to email lauren@stackspb.com after purchasing package.
VENDOR BOOTH (non-food) INFORMATION:
The festival vendor booths spots can be purchased for individual days ($75/day) or a weekend package ($225). The schedule is as listed below:
- Friday, May 24th | Singles (8 AM - 4 PM)
- Saturday, May 25th | Womens Doubles & Mens Doubles (8 AM - 8 PM)
- Sunday, May 26th | Mixed Doubles (8 AM - 8 PM)
- Monday, May 27th | Juniors (8 AM - 9:30 AM), MLP (9:30 AM - 8 PM)
Vendor booths will be located outside at the front of our facility. Booth space is a 10x10 ft. area. Vendors are required to bring their own tables, chairs, and tents. No power hookups will be provided. Vendors are responsible for powering all of their equipment. In the event of rain or wind, we highly recommend booths secure tents with sandbags. Outdoor booths will use their own discretion if they wish to stay. However, refunds will not be given if they choose to cancel.
After the vendor application deadline on Friday, May 10th, a vendor map will be sent out and additional communication. Please submit logo to lauren@stackspb.com if you would like it to be featured on the layout that will be shared with the public.
FOOD VENDOR BOOTH INFORMATION:

- Friday, May 24th | Breakfast $25 (7:30a-10a) Lunch $75 (11a-2p) Social Mixer $200 (5:30p - 10p)
- Saturday, May 25th | Breakfast $25 (7:30a-10a), Lunch $75 (11a-2p), Dinner $50 (4:30p-7p)
- Sunday, May 26th | Breakfast $25 (7:30a-10a), Lunch $75 (11a-2p), Dinner $50 (4:30p-7p)
- Monday, May 27th | Breakfast $25 (7:30a-10a), Lunch $75 (11a-2p), Dinner $50 (4:30p-7p)
