Event Details
As part of our Lunar New Year's Tournament, we will be hosting a Lunar Festival on Saturday, February 3rd from 6-9p. The cost is $75/booth for the festival. Approval is required prior to booth payment. This is a Lunar New Year celebration, so we welcome vendors of Asian decent to join us. Other vendors will be welcomed if space is available.
The festival will be located inside of our facility and surrounding area on Celtic Studios campus. No cooking is allowed in the facility. Only prepared food and non food vendors will be allowed inside our facility. Vendors that will be cooking onsite will be outside in a designated area. Vendors will be allowed to come an hour prior to set up. We encourage vendors to be set up by 5:45p.
Booth space is a 10x10 ft. area. Vendors are required to bring their own tables, chairs, and tents. No power…
