Event Details
Join us to celebrate the Year of the Dragon with our first Lunar New Year Pickleball Tournament. Tournament player cost will be $35 for initial entry and $15 for an additional event entry. Cost will include tournament match(s), DUPR score update, and small gift if attending our Lunar Festival (Saturday, February 3rd at 6p-9p). Tournament shirts will be available for purchase. Prize for 1st place winners include a month Unlimited Membership to Stacks Pickleball.
Players are guaranteed 3 matches. Format will be round robin with single elimination medal rounds. Round Robin matches will be 2 games to 11 (win by 2), with the team scoring the most points moving on to medal matches. Medal matches will be best 2 of 3 games to 11 (win by 2).
Format is subject to change depending on player and time constraints.
The tournament schedule will be the following:
Friday, February 2nd | TBA (In the event of max. capacity, this day will be used to facilitate matches based on the players availability.)
Saturday, February 3rd | 8 AM - 4PM (Men's Doubles & Women's Doubles)
Sunday, February 4th | 8 AM - 6 PM (Mixed Doubles)
